Now is a great time of year for a fresh and exciting seasonal update. Get inspired with a terrific new haircut, hair color or hair manicure. After a long search I found a hairdresser who spoke English , who is very friendly and understands what it means to dye to the roots and she does a great job with highlights.  I always leave satisfied with both my color and cut.  Lee Jeong Suk and Jo Eun Jin are great at what they do.  A lot of expats do already use this hairdresser.
Directions: start at Chonbuk University old gate walking straight towards the main road at the bottom(you should see a Lotteria and B&R) on your way, turn left when you see Neo Dada (which is on the left) and then the first street right.
