Jeonju police launch Car modifications and permits crackdown

From June 21 until October 31, Jeonju police will stage an intensive crackdown on vehicle modifications. This will cover anything from street rods to work trucks, high-intensity headlights, damaged or missing license plates. [Perhaps the crackdown will address missing mufflers on motorcycles?
