Public servant-car-vandal's tragic end

City worker, Mr. Woo, 46, was caught vandalizing the cars of his co-workers and employers at City Hall in February. Damages had reached 70 million won by the time they figured out who was doing it. He was charged by police, transferred, and had been receiving psychological treatment. On the 11th, at 8am, municipal employees found his car in the parking lot. He had rolled up his windows and lit a pile of barbeque briquettes in the car.
