Healthy Choice Menu in the Ju

The City of Jeonju and fifteen leading municipally endorsed restaurants will soon be rolling out a special healthy menu of popular Korean foods, low in salt, sodium, and fat.  The project has been underway for several months, and should hit menus by summer.  Courtesy, Jeonbuk Daily.
